VUCA wasn't a buzzword for me — it was daily life
Research at Cambridge. Design consultancy work across the UK and US. Living and working across multiple cultures. I've had to understand new contexts from scratch — repeatedly. That shaped how I research: I assume nothing, I look for what's actually there.
Frameworks alone don't travel across cultures
The models that work in one context quietly fail in another. I've seen it — and been burned by it. What travels is rigour: the discipline of asking better questions, surfacing what's implicit, and refusing to assume you already know the answer.
That's why I don't offer templates or off-the-shelf methods.
What I bring is the same rigour I trained in at Cambridge — applied to your specific situation, in your specific context.
Research is only useful if it produces something you didn't already know. That's the standard I work to.
